Grey Green Day in 2010

On September 26, 2010 will be held at Mount Palon (Alpine Group Possagno ) the show "Grey Green Day in 2010." The Day in teal give you the opportunity to spend a day of life in the trenches of World War original, will be more than 100 soldiers (that recall) from 4 countries. The public will be participating together in various places where you can see and understand the various tasks of the soldiers at the front, starting from the back to the forefront. In the afternoon there will also be a simulated battle with overflight.

Program of the day:

• 8:30 am gathering in the square of the refuge Monte Palon;
• 9:00 am when solemn flag-raising (original flags of Italy and Austria and the European flag) to remind all nations, b elligeranti of the time, I greet the authorities;
• 10:15 am Life in the trenches with a demonstration of the various roles of the soldiers;
• 12:00 on rations of soldiers (booked and paid for the visitors) of typical products of Monte Grappa, 13 hours
• : 30 life in the trenches tour of the trenches and tunnels set up;
• at 15:30 of the battle simulation with aircraft overflight sig.Zanardo;
• end at 16:30.

Cost of the soldier's rations € 6.00 p ane, sopressa, local cheese, wine or water or beer tasting Cordiale. The reservation for the ration should be done by mail: info@gnbellona.it by 20/09/10. Getting . By car: From the Monte Tomba Cavaso then continue by car up to Monte Palon Bar to reap, from the Monfenera Pederobba go up, you go to Monte Tomba, then Monte Palon to the parking lot from the Bar Miet; from Alano di Piave to climb Mount Palon for sp10 to the parking lot from the Bar to harvest; from Cima Grappa and Possagno unreachable because the roads WILL BE CLOSED to traffic.
